Product composition:
Fabric - 100% jute vegetable fibre - 58-63% cellulose, 21-23% hemicellulose, 12-14-14 lignin – plain weave
Proofing chemicals – copper (ii) sulphate pentahydrate and ammonium hydroxide solution
Concentration – 5% each of chemicals (w/w)
Level of application – 1.2% as copper
Method of application – jute fabric is treated with copper sulphate and ammonium hydroxide solution in vessel known as a jigger machine. Fabric is then mangled and dried in vertical drying range

Non-halogenated hydrocarbon (2%) max. And surfactant traces
